摘要

采用溶剂法制备了含有马来酰亚胺与呋喃基团的苯并噁嗪单体(HMPD-fa)。采用核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)和傅里叶变换红红外光谱(FT-IR)表征了单体的结构,采用差示扫描量热分析(DSC)和原位红外图谱(in situ FT-IR)深入研究了其固化行为,HMPD-fa的起始固化温度为201℃,固化峰值温度为223℃。采用热重分析(TG)表征了其热稳定性,5%与10%热分解温度分别为335℃和395℃,800℃时的残炭率为50%。

Abstract

A novel benzoxazine monomer containing both maleimide and furan groups (HMPD-fa) was synthesized via a solution method.1H nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) were conducted to confirm the chemical structure of monomer.The curing behaviors were monitored by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and in situ FT-IR.The starting polymerization temperature of monomer was 201℃ and the narrow exothermic peak was centered at 223℃.Thermogravimetric analysis (TG) was also carried out to characterize its thermal property,indicating that the initial decomposition temperatures of 5% and 10% by weight were as high as 335℃ and 395℃,respectively,and char yield at 800℃ was 50%.
