防锈颜料对聚硫改性环氧涂层防腐性能的影响

摘要

固定颜料体积分数为15%,分别以磷酸锌、锌铬黄,以及两者按照质量比1∶1复配作为涂层的防锈颜料,以聚硫橡胶改性环氧树脂作为涂层的基体,制备聚硫改性环氧防腐涂料,测试了涂层的基本物理性能,同时利用电化学阻抗谱(EIS)技术探究不同防锈颜料对聚硫改性环氧涂层防腐性能的影响。结果表明,以磷酸锌作为防锈颜料的聚硫改性环氧涂层具有更大的硬度、更强的附着力、更高的光泽度和更为优异的防腐性能。

Abstract

Fixed pigment volume concentration (PVC) was 15%,zinc phosphate,zinc chrome yellow and their mixture in the ratio of 1∶1 were used as antirust pigments for the coating,polysulfide rubber modified epoxy resin(EP) as matrix of coating,the polysulfide modified EP anticorrosive paint was prepared.the basic physical properties of the coating was tested,at the same time using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) technique to explore the effect of different antirust pigment on the properties of the coating.The results shown that polysulfide modified epoxy coating with zinc phosphate as antirust pigment had higher hardness,stronger adhesion,higher gloss and better anticorrosion performance.
