摘要
在聚脲A组分中添加一定量改性蓖麻油,通过喷涂的方式得到了蓖麻油改性喷涂聚脲弹性体,研究了蓖麻油含量对喷涂聚脲弹性体接触角、力学性能、吸水率和拉伸强度保持率的影响。结果表明:蓖麻油能够提高喷涂聚脲弹性体的耐水性能,其质量分数为30%时,喷涂聚脲弹性体7d吸水率0.8%,接触角为105°,30d拉伸强度保持率大于90%;喷涂聚脲弹性体力学性能随着蓖麻油含量的增加而降低,当蓖麻油质量分数为50%时,材料拉伸强度减小至15MPa、撕裂强度减小至100N/mm。
Abstract
The spray polyurea elastomer modified by castor oil was prepared by adding different castor oil into A component of spray polyurea.The effects of castor oil content on contact angle,mechanical properties,water absorption and tensile strength retention of the elastomer were studied.The results showed that castor oil could improve the water resistance of the elastomer.When the mass fraction was 30%,the water absorption rate of the elastomer was less than 1% on 7 days,the contact angle was close to 105°,and the tensile strength retention rate on 30 days was more than 90%.The mechanical properties of sprayed polyurea elastomer decreased with the increase of castor oil content.When the content of castor oil was 50%,the tensile strength of the material decreased to 15MPa and the tear strength decreased to 100N/mm.
