摘要

通过水热反应法制备了TiO2,再采用化学方法制备了不同TiO2含量的聚苯胺(PANI)复合材料,运用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和紫外-可见光光谱仪(UV-Vis)等手段对其形貌和结构进行表征;研究了聚苯胺复合材料吸附甲基橙的性能及其动力学过程,并探讨了TiO2含量、吸附时间、吸附剂质量等因素对其吸附性能的影响。结果表明:TiO2、PANI和PANI/TiO2复合材料形貌均为颗粒状;PANI/TiO2复合材料对甲基橙的吸附率比纯PANI吸附率较高,TiO2含量为8%的PANI复合材料对甲基橙的吸附率较高;随着吸附剂质量的增加,PANI/TiO2复合材料对甲基橙的吸附率呈现不断增大趋势,当PANI/TiO2质量不大于0.033g时,其吸附率增加较快;对吸附过程通过动力学准一级和准二级方程拟合可知,PANI/TiO2复合材料吸附甲基橙过程符合准二级动力学方程。

Abstract

TiO2 was prepared through the hydrothermal synthesis,and polyaniline (PANI)/TiO2 composites were synthesized by the chemical method.The morphology and structure of PANI/TiO2 were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and ultraviolet visible light spectrometer (UV-Vis).The adsorption performance and the kinetic of PANI/TiO2 composites as the adsorbent for the removal of the methyl orange (MO) was studied,and investigated the effects such as the content of TiO2,adsorption time,the mass of the adsorbent on the adsorption performance of the composite.The results were as follow: the morphologies of TiO2,PANI and PANI/TiO2 were granular with the different diameter.In terms of adsorption perspective,the adsorption ratio of PANI/TiO2 was higher than that of pure PANI.The adsorption ratio increased with the amount of the adsorbent increasing,the adsorption ratio of PANI/TiO2 markedly increased when the weight was not higher than 0.033g.The adsorption kinetics of PANI/TiO2 composites was the quasi-second-order kinetic equation,according to the quasi-first-order and quasi-second-order kinetic equations.
