为了提高碳纤维的抗氧化能力,采用浸渍-化学转化法在碳纤维表面制备热解碳/氮化硼(Pyc/BN)复合涂层。首先将脱胶、表面活化的碳纤维浸渍硼酸、尿素和酚醛树脂的混合溶液,然后在N2气氛中,不同温度(700、800、和900℃)下热处理2h。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对Pyc/BN复合涂层的物相、形貌和成分进行分析,研究不同处理温度对碳纤维的力学和热学性能的影响。结果表明,制备的Pyc/BN复合涂层均一性好,其中800℃是最合适的制备温度,使碳纤维的抗氧化温度提高了190℃。
In order to improve the oxidation resistance of carbon fiber(CF),pyrolytic carbon/boron nitride (PyC/BN) composite coating was prepared on the CF surface by impregnation chemical conversion method.Firstly,the degummed and surface activated CF were impregnated with boric acid,urea and phenolic resin solutions,and then heat treated in N2 atmosphere at different temperatures (700,800,and 900℃) for 2h.The phase,morphology and composition of the coating were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD),scanning electron microscopy (SEM),fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS).The results shown that the coating had good homogeneity,and 800℃ was the most suitable preparation temperature.The oxidation resistance temperature of CF was increased by 190℃.
