近十年来,包括石墨烯薄膜在内的战略前沿材料备受关注,把握前沿材料技术发展水平对中国建设科技强国具有重大战略意义。依托德温特专利索引数据库(DII数据库)获取相关数据,借助软件形成可视化数据图表。采用专利表征技术,以及与排名前四的国家/组织技术态势比较的方法,通过发展速度、R&D主体结构、技术多样性、技术辐射性和技术渗透性五个维度,研究中国石墨烯薄膜技术的发展态势,为加快中国石墨烯薄膜技术发展提供决策信息。
In the past decade,strategic frontier materials including graphene(RGO) films have attracted much attention.It is of great strategic significance for China to build a scientific and technological power to grasp the development level of cutting-edge materials technology.By relying on DII database to obtain relevant data and using software to form visual data charts.The development trend of China's RGO film technology was studied through five dimensions of development speed,the main structure of R&D,technology diversity,technology radiation and technology permeability by using patent characterization technology and comparing with the technology situation of top four countries/organizations,so as to studied the development situation of the technology in China,and provided decision information for accelerating the development of China's RGO film technology.
