烷基化聚乙烯亚胺接枝SiOx纳米抗菌剂的制备及其性能研究

摘要

以纳米SiOx粉体为载体,通过共价接枝修饰,制备出烷基化聚乙烯亚胺接枝SiOx纳米抗菌剂。通过红外光谱、热失重等技术对样品进行表征,实验结果表明,纳米SiOx粉体已经成功接枝上了有机高分子基团,制备的烷基化聚乙烯亚胺接枝SiOx纳米抗菌剂对大肠埃希氏菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC值)为400mg/L,对金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC值为200mg/L,具有较强的抗菌能力,并且能耐受较高的温度。此抗菌粉体可以添加到塑料等材料中,从而制备相应的抗菌材料来。

Abstract

With nanometer SiOx powder as the carrier,alkylated polyethyleneimine grafted SiOx nano-antimicrobial agent was prepared by covalent grafting modification.By FT-IR,and TG to characterize the sample,the results showed that:the nano-SiOx powder was successfully grafted with organic polymer group,the prepared alkylated polyethyleneimine grafted SiOx nano-antimicrobial agent had the MIC of 400mg/L for Escherichia coli and 200mg/L for Staphylococcus aureus.It had strong antimicrobial activity,and can tolerated high temperature.The antimicrobial powder can be added to some materials such as plastics to prepare antimicrobial materials for use.
