摘要

通过将月桂酰L-精氨酸乙酯盐酸盐(LAE)作为抑菌剂应用在透明涂层中发现,当LAE质量含量大于1%时对金黄葡萄球菌的抑制作用优异,通过红外谱图和X射线光电子能谱检测证实涂层表面有裸露的氨基基团,LAE被负载在涂层中,且在抑菌有效浓度范围内LAE对涂层透光率的影响不大,其涂层表面疏水效果基本保持不变;0.5%~3%含量的LAE涂层粘附性和重涂性能可以达到使用要求,其耐老化性能良好。

Abstract

Lauroyl L-arginine ethyl ester hydrochloride(LAE) was used as a bacteriostatic agent in transparent coatings.It was proved that LAE was above 0.5wt.% had excellent inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus.Infrared spectra and XPS tests confirmed that there were exposed amino groups on the surface of the coatings,which proved that LAE was loaded in the coatings.The addition of LAE on the surface of the ultraviolet experiment in the range of the effective concentration of bacteriostasis had little effect on the original transmittance of the coating,the hydrophobic effect of the coating also remained basically unchanged.The adhesion and re-coating properties of LAE coatings in the concentration range of 0.5wt.%~3wt.% can meet the application requirements,and the aging resistance of the coatings was also good.
