摘要

采用动态接触角/表面张力仪研究了系列包覆层与硝化甘油(NG)的界面作用,采用浸渍法测量了NG在包覆层中的迁移量,并计算了包覆层/NG的结合能。结果表明,包覆层的抗NG迁移性能与界面接触角、粘附功具有相关性,并进一步探讨了化学结构和结合能对界面作用的影响。

Abstract

The interface inte raction between a series of inhibitor and nitroglycerin were studied by means of dynamic contact angle/surface tension instrument,the NG migration amount of the series of inhibitor were also measured by impregnation method,and the bonding energy between inhibitor and nitroglycerin was calculated.The results shown that the NG migration resistance of inhibitor was related to contact angle and adhesion work.The influence of chemical structure and binding energy on interface interaction were further discussed.
