研究了聚碳酸酯/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PC/PMMA)质量比、增韧剂种类和用量、抗划伤剂用量对PC/PMMA复合材料综合性能的影响。通过摆锤冲击试验机、熔体流动速率测试仪、热变形温度测定仪、自动铅笔硬度计、光泽度测试仪对PC/PMMA复合材料的抗冲击性能、加工流动性、耐热性能、抗划伤性能及表面光泽性进行测试分析。结果表明:当PC/PMMA质量比为55/40,并加入4份增韧剂XC-500A和1份抗划伤剂6441P时,PC/PMMA复合材料的ISO和ASTM悬臂梁缺口冲击强度分别为23.8kJ/m2和322J/m,铅笔硬度达到2H,表面光泽度为96.2,黑度L为26.4,同时还具有良好的力学性能、加工流动性和耐热性能。
The effects of PC/PMMA quality ratio,type and amount of toughening agents,and dosage of anti-scratch additives on the comprehensive properties of PC/PMMA composites were investigated.The impact resistance,heat resistance,scratch resistance and surface gloss of PC/PMMA were measured and analyzed by pendulum impact testing machine,melt flow rate,thermal deformation temperature,automatic pencil hardness and glossiness,respectively.The results revealed that the ISO and ASTM Izod notched impact strength of the PC/PMMA was 23.8 kJ/m2 and 322J/m,respectively,when the PC/PMMA quality ratio was of 55/40,compounding with 4phr toughening agent XC-500A and 1phr anti-scratch additive 6441P.Meanwhile,the pencil hardness,surface gloss and blackness of the PC/PMMA reached to 2H,96.2 and 26.4,respectively.Moreover,the PC/PMMA also exhibited excellent mechanical properties,processing fluidity and heat resistance.
