马来酸酐接枝相容剂改性丁苯橡胶/芳纶纤维复合材料制备及性能研究

摘要

利用添加不同物态、不同马来酸酐接枝率的相容剂制备丁苯橡胶/芳纶纤维(SBR/AF)复合材料,对其复合材料的拉伸强度、撕裂强度、材料断面与界面储能等性能和纤维分散性进行研究。结果表明:加入不同相容剂的芳纶纤维在SBR中分散均匀、界面粘结性均提高,当加入高接枝率的粘流态MLPB-2后,复合材料的拉伸强度提升约42%,断裂伸长率提升了32.3%。加入较低接枝率粘流态MLPB-1复合材料的纵向、横向撕裂分别提高了34.1%、38.1%。粘流态相容剂对纤维增强丁苯橡胶复合材料的改性效果明显好于固体粉末相容剂。粘流态MLPB相容剂复配的改性效果好于单一粘流态MLPB相容剂,总量加入3份前提下,加入MLPB-2相容剂含量为2.25份时,复合材料的综合性能最好。

Abstract

Styrene butadiene rubber(SBR)/aramid fiber(AF) composites were prepared by adding compatibilizers with different state and grafting ratio of maleic anhydride.The tensile strength,tear strength,energy storage of material cross section and interface,and fiber dispersity of the composites were studied.The results showed that the aramid fiber with different compatibilizers dispersed uniformly in SBR,and the interfacial bonding property was improved.The tensile strength and elongation at break of the composite increased by nearly 42% and 32.3% respectively when MLPB-2 with high grafting ratio was added.The longitudinal tear and transverse tear of MLPB-1 composite with low grafting ratio increased by 34.1% and 38.1%,respectively.The results shown that the modification effect of viscosity flow compatibilizer was better than that of solid powder compatibilizer.The composite of MLPB compatibilizer was better than that of single MLPB compatibilizer.When the total amount of MLPB-2 compatibilizer was 3phr and the content of MLPB-2 compatibilizer was 2.25phr,the composite had the best comprehensive properties.
