通过对苯二甲酰氯和1,2-丙二胺反应制备聚对苯二甲酰1,2-丙二胺(PPTA),将其用于改善丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物(ABS)的阻燃性能。将PPTA与ABS、聚磷酸铵(APP)以不同比例共混,发现ABS/APP/PPTA=70/22.5/7.5体系阻燃效果最好,氧指数达30.6,UL-94达V-0级别。热失重测试及残炭物的红外分析表明,APP和PPTA在高温下发生了反应,且APP促进了PPTA的成炭。通过SEM观察残炭物,发现ABS/APP/PPTA体系燃烧后形成了致密的炭层,起到了隔氧隔热的作用。
Poly(p-phenylene terephthalate) 1,2-propanediamine(PPTA) was synthesized through reaction between terephthalyl chloride and 1,2-propylene diamine.PPTA was used to improve flame retardant property of ABS.PPTA,ABS and APP was blended at different ratios,and found the flame retardant effect of ABS/APP/PPTA=70/22.5/7.5 system was best,oxygen index test reached 30.6 and UL-94 reached V-0.APP and PPTA reacted at high temperature was speculated,and APP promoted forming carbon of PPTA,from TG test and FT-IR of carbon residue.The tight carbon after combustion of ABS/APP/PPTA system was also observed by SEM,which can isolate oxygen and heat.
