采用预聚体法,分别以聚氧化丙烯二醇(PPG)、聚四氢呋喃二醇(PTMG)和两者共混物为软段,甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)和GFDA1唑烷潜固化剂为硬段制备单组分聚脲。并通过红外光谱、差式量热、吸水率、力学性能、硬度、表干时间和实干时间等表征手段研究了组合聚醚配比对单组分聚脲结构与性能的影响。结果表明:随着PTMG比例的增加,表干时间和实干时间缩短,拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、粘结强度和硬度逐渐增加,吸水率降低。当多元醇PTMG比例为100%时,单组分聚脲的综合性能达到最优。
Through prepolymer method,one-component polyurea was synthesized based on polyoxypropylene glycol,polyoxytertramethylene glycol,and blend of them as soft segments,toluene diisocyanate (TDI) and oxazolidine latent curing agent as hard segments.The effect of polyether ratio of PPG and PTMG on the structure and performance of the polyurea was evaluated through FT-IR,DSC,water absorption,mechanical properties,surface drying time and dry time.The results showed that as the ratio of PTMG increased,the surface drying time,dry time and water absorption decreased,while tensile strength,elongation at break,bond strength and hardness increased gradually.When the ratio of PTMG ws 100%,the polyurea showed the best overall performance.
