采用丁吡胶乳和天然胶乳对芳纶浆粕(AP)纤维进行包覆,考察胶乳包覆AP对高苯乙烯丁苯橡胶复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:AP纤维经过胶乳包覆后,硫化胶的储能模量提高,纤维与橡胶基体间形成柔性界面,界面粘结性提高;复合材料的100%和300%定伸应力提高,丁吡胶乳包覆AP的复合材料综合力学性能较好;经过疲劳测试后,丁吡胶乳包覆AP的复合材料的复数模量保持在较高水平。
Aramid pulp (AP) fibers were coated with butadiene latex and natural latex,and the effect of latex-coated AP on the properties of high-styrene-butadiene rubber composites was studied.The results shown that after the AP fiber was coated with latex,the storage modulus of the vulcanized rubber increased,a flexible interface was formed between the fiber and the rubber matrix,and the interface adhesion was improved.The 100% and 300% fixed tensile stress of the composite material were increased,and the composite material of AP fiber coated with butadiene latex had better comprehensive mechanical properties.After fatigue testing,the complex modulus of AP fiber composite coated with butadiene latex remained at a high level.
