以三聚氯氰和甲基硅酸季戊四醇酯为原料,合成出一种新型的硅-氮协同阻燃剂三(1-甲基-1-硅杂-2,6,7-三氧杂双环-[2,2,2]辛烷基-4-甲氧基)三嗪。从反应时间、原料摩尔比、反应温度等方面对产率的影响进行了探讨,筛选出最合适的反应条件:以四氯乙烷为溶剂,n(甲基硅酸季戊四醇酯)∶n(三聚氯氰)=3.1,140℃反应9h。并利用红外光谱、核磁共振谱、差热分析和极限氧指数表征了产品的结构和阻燃性能。结果表明:三(1-甲基-1-硅杂-2,6,7-三氧杂双环-[2,2,2]辛烷基-4-甲氧基)三嗪具有良好的热稳定性,与高分子材料的相容性好,阻燃性能高,且与三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐复配后有很好的协同阻燃效果。
Tris(1-methyl-1-siza-2,6,7-trioxyheterobicyclo-[2,2,2] octanyl-4-methoxy)triazine,which was a novel silicon-nitrogen synergistic flame retardant,was synthesized from cyanuric chlorid and methyl silicate pentaerythritol.The effects of reaction time,mole ratio of substance and temperature on the product yield were discussed.The optimal conditions for preparation were selected as follows:tetrachloroethane as solvent,n(methyl silicate pentaerythritol)∶n(cyanuric chlorid)=3.1,reaction time was 9h at 140℃.And the molecular structures of the product and its related performance measurement were determined by means of FT-IR,1H-NMR spectrum,TG-DTA analysis and LOI technique.The results showed that,tris(1-methyl-1-siza-2,6,7-trioxyheterobicyclo-[2,2,2]octanyl-4-methoxy) triazine had good thermal stability,good compatibility with polymer materials,and good flame retardant performance,and also had good synergistic flame retardancy after blending with MPP.
