针对原液着色粘胶纤维颜色较浅的问题,利用酸处理原液着色粘胶纤维,探讨了醋酸用量、处理时间和处理温度对纤维黑度、断裂强力和断裂伸长率的影响。采用红外光谱、X射线衍射、X射线光电子能谱、扫描电子显微镜和原子力显微镜等测试方法研究了酸处理对原液着色粘胶纤维结构和性能的影响。结果表明:醋酸用量15%、处理时间40min、处理温度70℃时,原液着色粘胶纤维L值降低到12.08;酸处理后纤维结晶度降低,表面含氧官能团增加,表面粗糙度变大。
To solve the problem of the lighter color of spun-dyed viscose fiber,the acid treatment was used to improve the color properties of the fiber.The effects of dosage of acid,treatment time,treatment temperature on blackness,breaking strength and elongation at break of the fiber were investigated.In addition,the analytical instrument such as infrared spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy,atomic force microscopy and so on were used to study the effects of acid treatment on the chemical structures,changes in surface element composition,surface topography and surface roughness of the fiber.The results shown that when type of acid,dosage of acid,treatment time,treatment temperature were acetic acid,15%,40min and 70℃ respectively,the L value of the fiber was reduced to12.08,and the retention rate of breaking strength and elongation at break were 79.20% and 86.41%.After acid treatment,the macromolecular structure of the fiber did not change and crystallinity decreased,whereas the oxygen functional groups on fiber surface and fiber surface roughness increased.
