主要利用点击化学合成方法对羟基硅油进行修饰,并研究其性能变化。首先以羟基硅油、氢氧化钾、二甲基亚砜、六甲基二硅氧烷、甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三乙氧基硅烷为原料,在不同反应条件下合成羟基硅油预聚体。再以甲苯为溶剂、偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,用硫代乙醇酸和羟基硅油预聚体在不同温度不同反应时间发生碳碳双键的点击化学反应,制备化学修饰的羟基硅油,并对其进行红外光谱表征。结果表明,羟基硅油与硅烷偶联剂KH-570反应得到带双键的羟基硅油预聚体,其与硫代乙醇酸发生了碳碳双键的加成点击反应。最后研究了化学修饰的羟基硅油在不同pH缓冲溶液下的吸水性能,结果显示,在pH为4.00、6.86和9.18的缓冲溶液中,其吸水性均明显优于未改性羟基硅油。其中产物(羟基硅油与5mL的KH-570反应,与硫代乙醇酸在90℃反应时生成的产物)的吸水性在pH=9.18时最高,达到48.3%,且其吸水性能随pH的变大而增强。
The hydroxyl silicone oil was modified by the click chemistry method to study the change of the partial properties of the product.The hydroxyl silicone oil prepolymer was synthesized with the hydroxyl silicone oil,KOH,DMSO,MM and KH-570 as original materials.And then with toluene as solvent,azobisisobutyronitrile as initiator,thioglycolic acid and hydroxyl silicone oil prepolymer reacted at different temperatures at different reaction time by carbon carbon double bond click chemical reaction.The structure of the product was characterized by infrared spectroscopy.The results showed that hydroxyl silicone oil had a double bond and hydroxyl silicone oil reacted with KH-570 to obtain hydroxyl silicone oil prepolymer and hydroxyl silicone oil prepolymer reacted with thioglycolic acid.The absorption of modified hydroxyl silicone oil was studied,and the results showed that the product had obvious water absorption compared with the hydroxyl silicone oil at pH of 4.00,6.86 and 9.18 respectively,The modified hydroxyl silicone oil had the highest water absorption with pH 9.18 when hydroxyl silicone oil reacted with 5mL of KH-570 and reacted with thioglycolic acid at 90℃,which rate of change was up to 48.3% and its water absorption capacity increased with increasing pH.
