摘要

以甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酸为丙烯酸类单体与环氧树脂E-44接枝共聚,然后以硅烷偶联剂KH-570为有机硅单体,进一步进行扩链,合成KH-570/E-44性能良好的改性水性羟基丙烯酸树脂(WKEA)。采用红外光谱对接枝产物做了结构分析,并用扫描电镜和热重分析了涂膜表面结构和热稳定性。结果表明:根据配方,当引发剂偶氮二异丁腈用量为单体总质量的2.5%、KH-570为3.5%、E-44为12%的WKEA性能最好,其固化涂膜吸水率为9.6%、铅笔硬度为5H、附着力为1级,涂膜冲击强度50kg·cm,涂膜均一致密,耐热性强。

Abstract

The raw materials used were methyl methacrylate,n-butyl acrylate,hydroxyethyl methacrylate and acrylic acid as acrylic monomers through graft copolymer with E-44,and then extended the chain further with organosiloxane(KH-570) as a silicone monomer.As a result,hydroxyl group and organosilicon unit were incorporated into epoxy molecules and then the waterborne acrylic resin containing hydroxyl group modified by KH570/E-44 (WKEA)was produced.FT-IR was used to identify the structure,the surface morphology was determined by SEM and the thermal stability was determined by TGA.The results showed that when the dosage of initiator (azodiisobutyronitrile) accounts for 2.5% of the total acrylic monomer,KH-570 accounts for 3.5%,E-44 accounts for 12%,water absorption of cured film was 9.6%,pencil hardness was 5H,adhesive force was 1,impact Strength was 50kg·cm,the coating was uniform and endowed with remarkable heat resistance.
