复合材料夹层结构在轻量化结构设计方面的应用越来越广泛,在航空航天、轨道交通等领域已成为不可或缺的一部分。在很多工况条件下,夹层结构连接件需要承载比较大的载荷作用,这就对连接件的设计提出了比较严格的要求。为此,设计了双T型螺纹连接组合结构,对比分析了几种常见金属预埋或后连接件,并从装配角度介绍了其应用方法;通过有限元软件对组合结构进行了仿真分析。以期为复合材料夹层结构连接方式提供一定的参考价值。
The application of composite sandwich structure in light-weight structural design is becoming more and more widely,and it has become an integral part in the fields of aerospace and rail transit.Under the condition of many working conditions,the connecting piece of the sandwich structure needs to carry a comparatively large load effect,which makes a more strict requirement for the design of the connecting piece.A combination structure of double-T-type thread connection was designed,several common metal pre-embedded or back-connecting parts were analyzed.And its application method was introduced from the angle of assembly,and the combined structure was simulated and analyzed by the finite element software.A certain reference value was provided for the connection mode of the sandwich structure of the composite material.
