摘要

以聚醚F-6和含氢硅油为反应原料,合成了聚醚改性有机硅柔软剂,并将其应用到吸湿性差的合成纤维涤纶上,通过测定涤纶织物的白度、断裂强度、柔软性、折皱回复角、吸湿性等性能,得出聚醚改性有机硅对涤纶整理的较佳工艺,并通扫描电镜(SEM)表征应用前后的涤纶织物。结果表明:在整理液浓度为50g/L,焙烘温度为180℃,焙烘时间为2min的条件下,对应用前后的涤纶织物进行SEM表征,整理后的涤纶纤维具有很好的服用性能。

Abstract

Polyether F-6 and hydrogen-containing silicone oil were used as raw materials.Polyether-modified silicone softener was synthesized and applied to the synthetic fiber—polyester with poor hygroscopicity.By measuring the whiteness,breaking strength,the softness,wrinkle recovery angle,hygroscopicity and other properties,a better process for polyester finishing with polyether-modified silicone was obtained:the concentration of the finishing liquid was 50g/L,the baking temperature was 160℃,and the baking time was 2min.The SEM (electron microscope scanning) characterization of the polyester fabric before and after application showed that the finished polyester fiber had good wearability.
