采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了绝缘拉杆用环氧树脂体系的固化行为,并结合n级动力学模型和自催化模型进一步得到体系的特征温度、动力学参数及所对应的动力学方程。结果表明,树脂体系符合自催化模型。将所得模型与实际测试结果进行对比,发现模型与实验测试结果基本吻合。另外,进一步利用模型得到了不同温度下合适的固化时间。
The curing behavior of epoxy resin system for insulated tension pole was studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).The characteristic temperature,kinetic parameters and kinetic equation were build by n-order model and autocatalytic model.Our results revealed that the cure of this resin fits well with the autocatalytic model,the model and the empirical datum was basically tallied.In addition,the suitable curing times at different temperatures were obtained by further utilizing the model.
