摘要

在美国的航空标准SAE AS 5127/1和SAE AS 5127/2的基础上,分析国外航空双组分密封胶适航审定技术验证的实验方法和步骤,包括密封胶施工性能、应用性能、材料相容性、力学性能、可修补性能及阻燃性能等评估方法,为我国民航开展航空双组分密封胶性能检测和研究工作,以及国产航空双组分密封胶的适航审定提供技术支持。

Abstract

Based on SAE AS 5127/1 and SAE AS 5127/2,the test methods and procedures for the verification of airworthiness certification of foreign aviation two-component sealants were analyzed.The evaluation methods included sealant construction performance,application performance,material compatibility,mechanics,reparability,flame retardant performance and so on.Technical support was provided for the performance testing and research of aviation two-component sealant in China's civil aviation,and the airworthiness certification of domestic aviation two-component sealant.
