摘要

以马来酸酐-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS-g-MAH)为增容剂,将聚氯乙烯(PVC)与自制的低熔点聚酰胺6(PA6)共混制备了PVC/PA6复合改性材料。研究了PA6用量对复合材料微观结构形态、摩擦磨损、力学性能的影响。扫描电子显微镜(SEM)结果表明,PA6含量为10%时在PVC树脂中分散粒径最小。摩擦和力学测试结果表明,PA6含量为10%时,复合材料的摩擦、磨损和力学性能是最佳的。

Abstract

Acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene terpolymer grafted maleic anhydride (ABS-g-MAH) as compatibilizer,poly (vinyl chloride)/polyamide 6 (PVC/PA6) molten blends were prepared by blending PVC and homemade PA6 with low melting point.The effects of PA6 on the morphology,friction and wear,and mechanical properties were investigated.The results of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) shown that when PA6 content was 10%,the particle size was the smallest in PVC resin.The results of frictional and mechanical tests shown when the content of PA6 was 10%,the friction,abrasion and mechanical properties of compound were optimum.
