摘要

采用激光除漆工艺去除碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)的表面涂层,通过改变设备的激光功率、脉冲频率、扫描速度和扫描次数等参数,研究不同激光除漆工艺对样条表面温度、表观形貌以及力学性能的影响。结果表明:工艺优化后样条表面温度低于60℃,激光可以精确地除去面漆和底漆而不损伤基材,扫描后样件弯曲性能有所降低,多次扫描后弯曲强度相比未除漆样件降低了8.82%,证实了激光去除碳纤维复合材料表面涂层的可行性。

Abstract

Laser paint stripping technology has been used to remove coating of CFRP laminate.Through Changing the laser power,pulse frequency,scan speed and scan times of the equipment,the effects of different parameters on the surface temperature,apparent morphology and mechanical properties were studied.The results shown that the surface temperature was below 60℃ after laser paint stripping by optimize the parameter,and the laser can accurately remove the top coating and primer while had no damage to the base material.Flexural properties were reduced about 8.82% after several times scan.The results proven the laser paint stripping technology for CFRP laminate was feasibility.
