摘要

近红外Ag2Se量子点作为一种新型的二元含银量子点,具有低毒性、尺寸小、良好的近红外光学特性和生物相容性等优势,对其的相关研究也越来越多。主要对Ag2Se量子点的合成方法和应用方面的研究进行总结归纳,并对其研究方向进行展望。

Abstract

As a new type of binary silver-containing quantum dots,near-infrared Ag2Se quantum dots have the advantages of low toxicity,small size,good near-infrared optical properties and biocompatibility,and more and more related researches on them.The research on the synthesis method and application of Ag2Se quantum dots was mainly summarized,and prospected its research direction.
