摘要

分析山地生态友好型地膜降解机理,以此为基础设计地膜生物氧化降解方案,通过扫描电镜对不同降解阶段的地膜表面进行扫描,分析地膜的外观形貌与微观结构,获取降解失重率指标,以此明确生态友好型地膜的降解程度,实现山地生态友好型地膜降解过程与机理分析。选取三种不同类型的山地生态友好型地膜作为测试对象,通过拉伸强度、羰基指数与结晶度指标验证方案产品的性能。测试结果显示,该方案在120d时,地膜拉伸强度、羰基指数与结晶度均高出标准水平,表明该方案可有效提高地膜的降解程度,可以在实际应用中进一步推广。

Abstract

In order to solve the problem,the degradation process and mechanism of eco friendly mulching film in mountainous area were analyzed,in order to provide the basis for the wide range promotion of the mulching film in mountainous area.The degradation mechanism of the mulching film was analyzed.Based on this,the bio oxidation degradation scheme of the mulching film was designed.The surface of the mulching film in different degradation stages was scanned by scanning electron microscope,the appearance and microstructure of the mulching film were analyzed,and the degradation weight loss rate index was obtained,so as to clarify the degradation degree of the mulching film and realized the degradation process and mechanism analysis of the mulching film Three different types of the mulching films were selected as the test objects,and the performance of the proposed method was verified by tensile strength,carbonyl index and crystallinity index.The test results shown that the tensile strength,carbonyl index and crystallinity of the film were higher than the standard level in 120d,which indicated that the film degradation degree was high after the application of this scheme,and it can be further promoted in practice.
