摘要

半纤维素广泛存在于植物中,是一种优质的可再生生物质资源。但是,由于半纤维素自身结构的复杂性,使其很难被广泛利用。因此,将半纤维素改性制成半纤维素衍生物,提高其综合应用价值引起了人们的广泛关注。简单回顾了半纤维素的结构特点,介绍了近年来国内外半纤维素主要的改性技术,并综述了半纤维素及其衍生物在生物医药、食品、造纸、吸附等应用领域的研究进展。

Abstract

Hemicellulose is widely found in plants and is a kind of high quality renewable biomass resource.However,due to the complex structure of hemicellulose,it is difficult to be widely used.Therefore,modification of hemicellulose into hemicellulose derivatives to improve its comprehensive application value has attracted wide attention.The structure characteristics of hemicellulose were briefly reviewed,and introduced the main modification techniques of hemicellulose at home and abroad in recent years.The research progress of hemicellulose and its derivatives in the application fields of biomedicine,food,papermaking and adsorption was expounded.
