对聚氨酯大孔过滤绵(PU滤绵)进行氢氧化钠预处理后,通过浸没负载乳液型丙烯酸吸油树脂制得负载型有机溶剂吸收剂(RS吸收剂)。研究了氢氧化钠的预处理条件,测定了RS吸收剂对挥发性有机溶剂的吸收能力,研究了RS吸收剂对醋酸丁酯的吸收动力学,并考察了RS吸收剂对水溶液中低浓度醋酸丁酯的去除效果。结果表明:PU滤绵在50℃下预处理100min负载率可达到1.6g/g,RS吸收剂对醋酸丁酯的吸收倍率为5.8g/g,对四氯化碳的吸收倍率超过20g/g,对醋酸丁酯的吸收过程符合准一级动力学模型,45℃下对6g/L醋酸丁酯水溶液的去除率接近60%。
After pretreatment of polyurethane macroporous filter sponge (PU sponge) with sodium hydroxide,a loaded organic solvent absorbent (RS absorbent) was prepared by immersing the pretreated sponge in an acrylic emulsion of oil absorbent resin.The pretreatment conditions were studied.The absorbency of RS absorbent to organic solvents was determined.The absorption kinetics of RS absorbent to butyl acetate was studied.The removal effect of RS absorbent to butyl acetate with low concentration in aqueous solution was investigated.The results showed that the loading rate reached 1.6g/g with PU filter sponge pretreated for 100min at 50℃.The absorption capacity of RS absorbent to butyl acetate was 5.8g/g,and the absorption capacity to carbon tetrachloride was more than 20g/g.The absorption process of butyl acetate was following the quasi-first-order kinetic model.The removal rate of butyl acetate in 6g/L aqueous solution was close to 60% at 45℃.
