Study on the environment adaptation of the TBX-1 explosive charge

摘要

TBX-1炸药是一种温压性能优良的黑索今基温压炸药,为推广应用TBX-1温压炸药,对高低温循环、高低温冲击以及老化试验前后TBX-1炸药药柱(Ф20mm×20mm)的微观结构以及力学性能进行了研究。研究结果表明,高低温冲击试验、高低温循环以及老化试验后,炸药药柱的质量均略微减小,体积略微增大,变化率都在4‰以内,该变化率符合压装炸药要求。计算机断层扫描(CT)测试结果显示,TBX-1炸药药柱在轴向与径向方向上没有出现裂纹或者密度疏松区域;经过高低温冲击试验、高低温循环及老化试验后,TBX-1炸药药柱的抗压强度没有发生明显变化。

Abstract

TBX-1 explosive is the RDX-based explosive with excellent thermobaric performance.In order to popularize TBX-1 thermobaric explosive,the microstructure and mechanical property were studied by comparison charge of before and after high-low temperature cyclic test,high-low temperature impact test and the aging test.The results shown that after the above tests,the charge mass decreased slightly and charge volume increased slightly,but the change rate was in four per thousand,which was accord with the demands of the pressed explosives.The pictur of CT shown that there was not flaw or density loose area in axial and radial direction.There was not obvious change in compressive strength.
