利用力学实验机、分离式霍普金森压杆和落锤对不同特性的聚合物粘结炸药(PBX)进行了实验,获取了静态开放加载(1mm/min、5mm/min、10mm/min)和动态围压加载下(800s-1、1200s-1、1800s-1)的应力-应变曲线,用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析了不同特性PBX的损伤模式。结果表明:不同力学特性的PBX都具有明显的应变率效应。对同一种PBX采用围压动态加载获得的弹性模量是开放静态加载弹性模量的数百倍。落锤从同一落高撞击不同弹性模量PBX时,弹性模量大的PBX上采集获得的应力峰值也大。
Mechanical behaviors of different property PBX were investigated experimentally by mechanical machine and split Hopkinson pressure bars(SHPB) at different strain-rates(ranged from 800s-1 to 1800 s-1).Nonlinear stress-strain curves at different strain rates were obtained,and the micro damage modes were analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results shown that the mechanical behaviors of different property PBX exhibited obviously strain rate.For the same PBX,the elastic modulus obtained by dynamic confining pressure loading was hundreds of times of that obtained by open static loading.When the drop hammer hitted PBX with different elastic modulus from the same drop height,the peak stress of PBX with larger elastic modulus was larger.
