摘要

为研究复合材料搭接-缝合后的剪切性能,采用真空辅助模压工艺制备了试件并进行测试。实验结果表明,±45°轴向拉伸测试面内剪切强度过程中伴随试样的变形,面内剪切强度为105MPa,断口形貌呈扫帚状,树脂完全拉裂,表面上存在45°纹理;短梁法测试的层间剪切强度为15.6MPa,试样破坏发生在对中位置,为纯剪切破坏模式。

Abstract

In order to study the shear performance of the repair technique of lap-stitch,specimens were prepared using a vacuum-assisted molding process.The experimental results shown that the sample was in the deformation state with the shear strength test of ± 45 ° specimens,the plane shear strength was 105MPa.The fracture morphology was a broom style,the epoxy resin was completely pulled,and a 45 °grain direction can be seen in the specimen.The interlaminar shear strength was 15.6MPa with the short-beam test method,and a pure shear failure mode was occurred in the center position.
