摘要

紫胶树脂作为一种由脂肪酸和倍半萜烯酸构成的齐聚物,分子量仅有1000左右,并具有良好的降解性能,但材料力学性质较差。基于此,本研究拟通过引入分子量更大的天然高分子明胶作为力学性质,以及生物相容性增强因子来改变紫胶树脂基质材料。在本研究中,利用冰冻聚合法成功制备了两相共混均匀的紫胶树脂/明胶复合功能泡沫,并且泡沫表现出良好的力学性能和生物降解性能,在三维组织培养等生物领域有巨大的应用潜力。

Abstract

Shellac is an oligomer (Mw≈1000) constituted of the fatty acid and sesquiterpene,with excellent biodegradable.Owing to the low molecular mass,the material made of pure shellac present lower mechanical properties.Meanwhile,attributing to the shortage of amine group,the material made of shellac also show weakly biocompatible.The gelatin was introduced to the shellac-based material to reinforce the mechanical property,and improved its biocompatibility.The freezing polymerization was employed to build the shellac/gelatin foam with good mechanical property and excellent biodegradable which had great potential application in the 3D cell cultivation.
