由于制备过程中需经高温碳化处理,导致碳纤维表面呈现化学惰性,对于其复合材料的界面结合产生不利的影响。碳纤维表面化学接枝通过化学方法在碳纤维表面接入具有反应活性的基团,从而提升纤维与基体材料的界面性能。该方法具有接枝物可控、反应简单等优势,在提升界面结合能力和改善复合材料力学性能等方面具有良好的效果。综述了化学接枝处理技术对碳纤维表面物理化学特征结构、复合材料界面及其力学性能影响的研究进展。
Due to the high temperature carbonization treatment in the preparation process,the surface of carbon fiber is chemically inert,which has a negative impact on the interface bonding of the composite.Surface chemical grafting is a method of inserting reactive groups on the surface of carbon fibers by chemical methods,thereby improving the interface performance between fibers and resin.This method has the advantages of controllable graft and simple reaction,and has good effect on improving the interface bonding ability and mechanical properties of composite.The influence of chemical grafting on the physical and chemical characteristics of carbon fiber surface,the interface of composite and its mechanical properties were reviewed.
