采用干喷-凝胶方法研究了不同凝胶浴中制备的聚丙烯腈(PAN)原丝纤维的表面形貌及力学性能,该方法除了制备常规光滑表面的原丝外,也可以制备出表面带有平行沟槽结构形貌的原丝,并且沟槽深浅可调。研究发现,通过控制凝胶浴种类、温度、组成、牵倍等条件可以调控PAN原丝纤维的形貌和力学性能。相比乙醇凝胶浴,在甲醇中更容易获得高牵倍和力学性能优良的原丝纤维。由于干喷-凝胶法结合了干喷湿纺和凝胶纺丝的优点,它具有高效制备高性能碳纤维的巨大潜力。
The morphology and mechanical property of polyacrylonitrile (PAN) fibers prepared in different gel coagulation baths were investigated using dry-jet gel-spinning technique,which could not only produce routine fibers with smooth surface but also ones with tuning parallel grooved surface.It indicated that the variety,temperature and constitute of gel coagulation bath all could significantly influence fiber surface morphology and its mechanical property.Compared with ethanol bath,higher mechanical properties of PAN fibers could be obtained in methanol due to higher draw radios.Because it combined advantages of dry-jet spinning and gel spinning,dry-jet gel-spinning technique held a huge potential to produce high performance carbon fibers efficiently.
