The properties and applications of carbon fiber,and the enhancement effect of sizing agent on the interfacial properties of carbon fiber reinforced resin matrix composites were briefly introduced,and the effects of nano-particle modified sizing agents such as nano-silica,carbon nanotubes,graphene or graphene oxide on the interfacial properties of carbon fiber composites were described in detail.
