摘要

通过异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)与二乙醇胺(DEOA)反应得到AB2中间体,AB2中间体进行自聚反应合成端羟基超支化聚氨酯(HPU)。并通过红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)对其结构进行分析表征,研究了自聚反应温度对合成HPU的影响。以HPU为核,将其与半封端IPDI-PPG-HEMA反应,引入端丙烯酸酯基团,得到最终产物超支化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(HPUA)。对HPUA进行红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)、热重(TG)等分析表征。结果表明:AB2中间体进行自聚合成HPU的最佳反应条件为温度55℃、反应时间为20h,用化学分析法滴定得出HPU的NCO%含量达到0.13%,经计算分子量为17827,说明HPU是由质量含量较高的HPU-5代和含量较低的HPU-6代组成。

Abstract

The AB2 intermediate was obtained by reacting isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) with diethanolamine (DEOA),and the AB2 intermediate was subjected to self-polymerization to synthesize hydroxyl terminated hyperbranched polyurethane(HPU).The structure was characterized by infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and 1H-NMR.The effect of self-polymerization temperature on the synthesis of HPU was studied.The HPU was used as a core,which was reacted with a half-capped IPDI-PPG-HEMA to introduce a terminal acrylate group to obtain a final product hyperbranched polyurethane acrylate (HPUA).The HPUA was characterized by infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR),nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H-NMR) and thermogravimetry (TG).The experimental results shown that the optimal reaction conditions for the self-polymerization of AB2 intermediate into HPU were temperature 55℃ and reaction time 20h.The NCO% content of HPU was 0.13% by chemical analysis,and the calculated molecular weight was 17827.HPU was consisted of a higher quality HPU-5 generation and a lower content of HPU-6.
