通过差示量热(DSC)确定了羟甲基丙烯酸锌(HZMMA)在升温过程中的吸放热特征温度,用原位变温红外光谱法研究了HZMMA的结构变化。结果表明:HZMMA在升温过程中依次发生了结晶熔融吸热、聚合反应放热、高温分解等情况;对应的结构发生了Zn-OH的脱水缩合反应,CH2C—的不饱和双键发生了加聚反应。详细探讨了HZMMA对HZMMA/氢化丁腈橡胶(HZMMA/HNBR)复合材料力学性能和热性能的影响。系统力学测试表明HZMMA能明显提高HZMMA/HNBR复合材料的力学性能,当HZMMA用量为30份时,复合材料的拉伸强度达到最大值。DSC数据显示HZMMA提高了HZMMA/HNBR复合材料的玻璃化转变温度。
The characteristics of the heat absorption and desorption of zinc hydroxide monomethylacrylate (HZMMA) was determined by DSC.The structural change of HZMMA was studied by variable temperature FT-IR.The results showed that HZMMA in turn occurred melting endothermic,exothermic polymerization,high temperature decomposition in the heating process.The corresponding structure underwent the dehydration condensation reaction of Zn-OH and the addition polymerization of CH2C— unsaturated double bond.The effect of HZMMA on mechanical and thermal properties of HZMMA/HNBR (hydrogenated nitrile rubber) composites was discussed in detail.The mechanical tests showed that the mechanical properties of HZMMA/HNBR composites were obviously improved by HZMMA.When the amount of HZMMA was 30 phr,the tensile strength of the composites reached the maximum.DSC data showed that HZMMA promoted the glass transition temperature of HZMMA/HNBR composites.
