摘要
以玉米淀粉和甘油为主要原料,过氧化苯甲酰为氧化剂,将三者按一定比例混合后在单螺杆挤出机中制备氧化热塑性淀粉(TPS)。考查了TPS的羧基含量、拉伸性能、微观形貌。结果表明:随着氧化剂用量的增加,TPS的羧基含量得到提升,结晶度降低,挤出效应减弱,断裂面从脆性断裂向韧性断裂转变,拉伸性能得到显著增加。
Abstract
Corn starch and glycerol were mixed with benzoyl peroxide as oxidant and then extruded to prepare oxidized thermoplastic starch (TPS) in a single screw extruder.The carboxyl content,mechanical properties and microstructure of TPS were investigated.The results showed that as the oxidant dosage increased,the carboxyl content of TPS was improved,the crystallinity decreased,the formation of EH crystal was blocked,the fracture surface changed from brittle fracture to ductile fracture,and the tensile properties were significantly increased.
