Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) powder was used as raw material,and N,N-dimethylformamide and acetone were prepared into a spinning solution with controlled content and viscosity at volume ratio of 8∶2.PVDF superhydrophobic nano-particles were prepared by electrospinning method.The morphology,pore size distribution,porosity,surface contact angle and pure water flux of prepared nanofiber membrane were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and image analysis software.The content of spinning solution,the applied voltage,the receiving distance and spinning speed were investigated.The results showed that under the condition of the spinning solution content of 10% (mass fraction),the applied voltage of 18kV,the receiving distance of 15cm and the spinning speed of 1.0mL/h,continuous static electricity was passed.The superhydrophobic nanofiber membrane prepared by spinning had the best waterproof effect.
