摘要

以制得的再生甲壳素/氧化淀粉双功能填料为填料,采用乳液共混法制备了甲壳素/淀粉/橡胶复合材料。研究了双功能填料和复合材料的结构、力学性能和抗菌性能。研究结果表明,再生甲壳素改性氧化淀粉后,增强了氧化淀粉与天然橡胶的相互作用,提高了天然橡胶的力学强度,同时赋予了天然橡胶一定的抗菌性能,在双功能填料用量为10%(wt,质量分数),双功能填料对天然橡胶的补强效果良好,制得的甲壳素/淀粉/橡胶复合材料的300%定拉伸力达到2.3MPa,拉伸强度达到7.0MPa,断裂伸长率为1600%,对大肠杆菌和金黄葡萄球菌具有一定的抑菌性。

Abstract

Chitin/starch/rubber composites were prepared by emulsion blending of natural rubber and the bifunctional filler of regenerated chitin/oxidized starch as filler.The structure of bifunctional filler and composites were studied.The mechanical and antibacterial properties of composites were also investigated.The results showed that after modifying by regenerated chitin,interaction between oxidized starch and natural rubber was increased.The mechanical strength of natural rubber was also improved and natural rubber was endowed antibacterial properties.When the charging amount of bifunctional filler was 10wt%,the composite had the best mechanical properties.The 300% fixed tensile force was 2.3MPa,the tensile strength was 7.0MPa and fracture elongation was 1600%.The composites also showed a certain antibacterial properties to E.coli and S.aureus.
