摘要

着眼于高端制造领域用高性能液体载体的需求,从耐辐照硅油的性能、原理、制备方法以及评价手段等方面综述了耐辐照硅油的进展,展望了苯基硅油广泛的应用前景以及耐辐照硅油的发展方向。

Abstract

High performance liquid carriers are widely used in the field of high-end manufacturing,including lubrication,electrolyte,heat carrier and pressure conductor,etc.The progress of radiation resistant silicone oil was reviewed in terms of its properties,principles,preparation methods and evaluation methods.The development trend of phenyl silicone oil was prospected.
