In a single thermal conductive filler even under high fill cannot make silicone rubber improve its thermal conductivity and dielectric property at the same time,the dielectric ceramic strontium titanate (ST) and thermal conductive filler silicon nitride (Si3N4) was mixed filling to study its dielectric property and thermal performance.The dielectric properties and thermal conductivity of composite materials were studied by LCR spectrum analyzer and thermal conductivity tester.Results showed that the silicon nitride and strontium titanate filling made the dielectric properties and thermal conductivity were increased.When the volume fraction of silicon nitride was 15%,the dielectric constant reached its maxmum 5.4F/m.Further strontium titanate filling 20% volume,its dielectric constant reached 2.3 times of pure silicone rubber,and dielectric loss was below 0.05,it's thermal conductivity also reached 3 times of pure silicone rubber.
