摘要

采用原位生长法,控制组成金属离子配合比,在四氧化三铁(Fe3O4)表面垂直生长镍铁(Ni-Fe)层状双金属氢氧化物(LDHs),制得Fe3O4/Ni-Fe-LDHs复合结构,并考察其对有机染料(甲基橙和亚甲基蓝)的吸附规律。结果表明:制得的Fe3O4/Ni-Fe-LDHs的饱和磁化强度为41.2emu/g,在室温,镍∶铁的摩尔配合比为2∶1,吸附平衡时间为48h,Fe3O4/Ni-Fe-LDHs用量为25mg/L的条件下,Fe3O4/Ni-Fe-LDHs对甲基橙和亚甲基蓝的吸附量分别达到188mg/g和175mg/g。

Abstract

Based on in-situ growth method,magnetite/nickel-iron layered double metal hydroxides (Fe3O4/Ni-Fe-LDHs) hierarchical structures were prepared using Ni-Fe-LDHs sheets growing vertically on the surface of Fe3O4.The adsorption properties of Fe3O4/Ni-Fe-LDHs on organic dyes (methyl orange and methylene blue) were studied.The results showed that the saturation magnetization of Fe3O4/Ni-Fe-LDHs was 41.2emu/g.At room temperature,with the nickel/iron (Ni/Fe) ratio of 2∶1,the adsorption equilibrium time of 48 h and the dosage of 25 mg/L,the adsorption capacities of Fe3O4/Ni-Fe-LDHs for methyl orange and methylene blue were 188mg/g and 175mg/g,respectively.
