摘要

以合成的季铵盐型倍半硅氧烷(QPOSS)和甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)以及阳离子光引发剂复合组成固化体系,通过紫外光照固化制备QPOSS/GMA复合材料,研究QPOSS分子结构和含量对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:复合材料在150~160℃出现结晶放热峰,材料结晶性随QPOSS含量增大而增大,随QPOSS分子结构中季铵盐基团摩尔比的增大而增大,季铵盐基团碳链长度对复合材料结晶性影响不明显。复合材料表面亲水性随QPOSS含量增大而增大,随QPOSS分子结构中季铵盐基团摩尔比的增大而增大,季铵盐基团碳链长度对复合材料亲水性影响不明显。X射线能谱分析结果表明,随着QPOSS含量增大,碳元素含量和氮元素含量增大,氧元素含量和硅元素含量减小。随着季铵盐基团摩尔比的增大,材料表面硅元素含量减小,氮元素含量增大。随着季铵盐基团中碳链长度的增大,材料表面碳元素含量和氮元素含量增大,氧元素含量和硅元素含量减小。

Abstract

Quaternary ammonium functionalized polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (QPOSS) and glycidyl methacrylate(GMA) as well as cationic photoinitiator were mixed as composite UV curing system.Then the system was UV cured to prepare composite material.The influence of the content and molecular structure of QPOSS on the properties of composite were investigated.The results showed that recrystallization with exothermic peak at 150~160℃ increased with increasing the content of QPOSS.Recrystallization also increased with the increasing of the mole ratio of amino group in QPOSS molecular structure.While length of carbon chain had little influence on recrystallization.Water contact angle decreased with QPOSS content increasing.Water contact angle also decreased with the increasing of the mole ratio of amino group in QPOSS molecular structure.While length of carbon chain had little influence on water contact angle.The XPS results showed that C and N content increased,while Si and O content on the surface of composite material decreased as QPOSS content increasing.N content increased,while Si content on the surface of composite material decreased as increasing the amino group in QPOSS molecular structure.C and N content increased,while Si and O content decreased as increasing the length of carbon chain of QPOSS.
