Through the pretreatment of aramid fiber(AF) to improve the interfacial adhesion of fiber and rubber.Firstly phosphoric acid was etched on the fiber,and then the dopamine(DOPA) was coated on the surface of fiber.On the basis of fiber graft modification,aramid fiber reinforced natural rubber composite materials was prepared.Infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscope showed that different processing methods improved the interface adhesion of fiber and composite materials.The mechanical properties test showed that the composites with Si69 secondary modification had the best comprehensive performance,the modulus at 100% and tear strength reached the maximum,the modulus at 100% was 4.93MPa,and the tear strength was 95.94kN/m.Compared with pure aramid fiber composites,they increased by 26.4% and 13.9%,respectively.
