摘要

合成了一种季铵盐抗菌剂2-二甲基-2-十六烷基-1-甲基丙烯酰氧乙基溴化铵(DEHMA),以偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,采用轧烘焙的整理方式制备出抗菌涤纶织物。研究了不同工艺条件对织物增重率的影响,确定最佳工艺条件。采用红外光谱、扫描电镜和X射线光电子能谱等手段对整理后织物的表面形貌及性能进行测试。抗菌测试结果表明:整理后涤纶在与细菌接触1min即可杀死100%的金黄色葡萄球菌及大肠杆菌,抗菌性能优异。

Abstract

A quaternary ammonium salt 2-dimethyl-2-hexadecyl-1-methacryloxyethyl ammonium bromide (DEHMA) was synthesized.The synthesized DEHMA was bonded on PET fabrics by a pad-dry-cure process to obtain antibacterial PET fabrics by using 2,2-azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as initiator.The influence of different treatment conditions on weight gain of fabrics was studied,and the optimum conditions were determined.The surface morphology and characterizations of treated PET was measured by FT-IR,SEM and XPS.The results of antibacterial test showed that the treated fabrics could inactivate 100% S.aureus and E.coli O157∶H7 with contact time of 1min,which demonstrated excellent antibacterial properties.
