摘要

以氧化石墨烯为原料,戊二醛为交联剂,用组装技术制备出磁性氧化石墨烯,并对辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)进行固载并考察其固载条件,选择最佳固载条件,探究磁性氧化石墨烯载体固载HRP对苯酚的催化研究。以苯酚为降解底物,比较了磁性氧化石墨烯固载酶与游离酶在不同pH、温度条件下的催化降解效率,在反应温度为40℃,pH=8条件下,制得的磁性氧化石墨烯固载HRP对苯酚的去除率最高达到96.7%。

Abstract

Magnetic graphene oxide was prepared by using assembly technology and glutaraldehyde as crosslinking agent.The horseradish peroxidase (HRP) was immobilized and its immobilization conditions were investigated.The optimal loading conditions were selected and the magnetic graphene oxide carrier was immobilized.Phenol was used as degradation substrate,and the catalytic degradation efficiency of magnetic graphene oxide-supported enzyme and free enzyme at different pH and temperature were compared.In the catalytic degradation of phenol test,the phenol degradation rate was 96.7% under the temperature of 40℃and pH = 8.
