The preparation of ultra-thin carbon fiber paper by wet papermaking technology was studied.The carbon fiber length was 6mm,the ultra-thin carbon fiber paper was prepared through following steps:ultrasonic dispersion,raw paper forming (pure carbon fiber surface density 20g/m2),resin impregnation,hot pressing and carbonization.The relationship between the properties of five kinds of impregnated resin at different hot pressing temperatures were studied.The carbon fiber paper with thickness 0.085mm was obtained.The paper resistivity increased with the increasing of hot-pressing temperature.The resistivity decreased with the increase of resin residual carbon and the rate of change gradually decreased.the gas permeability decreased with the increase of immersion concentration and the rate of change also gradually decreased.
