摘要

以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯(HMDI)为主要异氰酸酯选材,配合聚醚多元醇和1,4丁二醇(BDO)为主要原材料,采用半预聚体法制备了3种异氰酸酯型聚氨酯弹性体,研究了不同异氰酸酯对聚氨酯弹性体性能的影响。结果表明:在力学性能方面,HMDI型聚氨酯弹性体的拉伸强度在3种材料中最高,达到7.04MPa,而IPDI型聚氨酯弹性体的断裂伸长率在3种材料中最高,达到600%;HMDI型聚氨酯弹性体的耐水性能和耐热性能也在3种材料中最优。

Abstract

By semi prepolymer method,a series of polyurethane were synthesized with different isocyanate (TDI,IPDI,HMDI),polyether polyol and BDO.The effect of isocyanate on properties of polyurethane was studied.The results showed that the tensile strength of HMDI type was 7.04MPa that was higher than other and the elongation at break of IPDI type was 600% that was highest in mechanical properties.In performance of water resistance and heat resistance,the best was HMDI type,followed by IPDI type and TDI type.
