摘要
采用N,N-二甲基胺乙基氯化物盐酸盐为阳离子醚化剂,对淀粉进行叔胺化变性,合成N,N-二甲基胺乙基叔胺醚阳离子淀粉(DMAES),然后以不同配合比与聚乙烯醇(PVA)共混,进而研究DMAES/PVA共混对DMAES/PVA共混膜力学性能的改性作用,以及对涤纶纤维、棉纤维粘合的影响。研究结果表明:这种共混能够提高DMAES/PVA共混膜的韧性,降低脆性。随着PVA用量的增加,DMAES/PVA共混膜的断裂伸长、断裂功、抗弯曲疲劳性增大,对涤纶纤维和棉纤维的粘合强度明显提高。在DMAES∶PVA配合比为80∶20(wt,质量分数)条件下,制得的DMAES/PVA共混膜的断裂强度为23.10N/mm2,断裂伸长率为10.70%,断裂功为130.80mJ,抗弯曲疲劳性(平均值)达到4243次,对涤纶纤维、棉纤维的粘合强度分别达到147.9Ft/N、81.8Ft/N。
Abstract
2-dimethylaminoethyl starch (DMAES) was prepared via tertiary amination of starch with 2-dimethylaminoethyl chloride hydrochloride.And then blended with polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) in different proportions,the effect of blending on the mechanical properties of DMAES/PVA films was studied.The toughening effect of film was examined in terms of the tensile strength,breaking elongation,work-to-break,and bending endurance of film.The effect of the blending on the adhesion of cotton and polyester fibers was also considered.The results showed that the blending was able to improve the toughness of starch film and reduced its brittleness.With the increase in blending ratio of PVA,the viscosity of starch paste decreased while the breaking elongation,work-to-break and bending endurance increased.The adhesive strength to cotton fibers rose whereas the strength to polyester fibers were improved significantly.Under the ratio of DMAES∶PVA was 80∶20 (wt,mass fraction),the tensile strength of films were 23.10N/mm2.The breaking elongation and work-to-break were 10.70% and 130.80mJ respectively.Bending endurance was reached 4243 times (average),and the adhesive strength to polyester fiber and cotton fiber were 147.9Ft/N and 81.8Ft/N respectively.
